Our Approach
After your initial contact with Award Pools (by telephone or via the Internet), a consultant will phone you to make an appointment at the proposed pool site. - At this initial consultation, they will assess the site and you can express your special needs.
- Many facets of possible pool designs will be discussed.
- Back at the office, your representative will prepare a taylor-made design for your swimming pool and surrounds - consulting with other members of the Award Pools team where needed.
- A full-colour sketch of the proposed improvements to your site would be presented to you prior to proceeding.
- After any adjustments are made, a contract is exchanged.
- A supervisor for your pool is appointed, and he will liaise with you and all contractors on site. The pool is then built: at this stage it's best to stop praying for rain, because bad weather is usually the only cause for any construction delays.
- After the pool is finished and all financials are complete, a representative from Award Pools will "handover" the pool to you and ensure that you are skilled up for its proper ongoing care.
